Role Overview – Junior Operations Analyst
The Junior Operations Analyst will support daily operational workflows, data analysis, and process optimisation. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional with strong Excel skills and an interest in automation, operations, and scalable systems.
Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Recent graduate or early-career professional with a quantitative or technical degree
(BSc / BEng in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) -
Ideally 2+ years of professional experience in operations, analytics, or a similar role

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:

Pivot Tables

VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

Data cleaning and validation

Comfortable working with no-code / low-code automation tools such as Make.com

Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy

Proven problem-solving ability, including:

Troubleshooting basic workflow or integration issues
