📌 Job Overview
Mpact Limited is currently recruiting 20 Factory Aids to join its Corrugated Division in Nelspruit. This role is suited for individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a factory or production environment is advantageous but not required
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Assist in operating various machines within the factory
- Support production processes to meet daily targets
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained
- Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures (ISO and OHS standards)
- Perform housekeeping and general duties as assigned by the line manager
✅ Skills and Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Team player with a strong work ethic
