We are looking for MECHANICAL ENGINEERING ASSISTANT to join our team at Winding Technologies (Pty) Ltd.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12
-
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
-
6 months’ experience in the same field
-
Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical diagrams
-
Theoretical knowledge of safety protocols
-
Must have experience in AUTO CAT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are limited to:

Design and development of mechanical systems or products using CAD software
-
Develop prototypes and test designs to ensure functionality and safety
-
Perform calculations and simulations for stress analysis or heat transfer
-
Analyze test results and make design improvements
-
Prepare technical reports and documents
-
Maintain detailed records of designs, calculations, and revisions
-
Follow safety protocols and adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations
-
Adhere to engineering standards and best practices
